It won’t let me book in?

When booking, you need to make sure that you have a pass to book your time and date. You can get this from the Visit Packs/Pricing tab. Once you have your pass/passes, you can go back to the Visit Schedule tab and book your time slot.

Are there showers and change rooms?

Yes, we have both available for your convenience.

How is the water filtered and cleaned? 

Our cold tubs use an Ozone filtration system for optimal cleanliness.

Is there parking? 

Onsite parking is available out front, with additional parking on side streets and rear temporary parking at the end of the laneway on the left hand side behind the building.

Are towels provided? 

Yes, we provide sauna towels and robes for your convenience. All items are one size fits all, with the towels being standard-sized shower/bath towels.
